1. What is your MOQ term?
MOQ: US$3000 per item.
If order amount is less than $3000.00 for one item, there will be USD200.00 EXTRA COST.
If order amount is less than $2000.00 for one item, there will be USD300.00 EXTRA COST.
If order amount is less than $1000.00 for one item, the order is unacceptable.
The extra handling fee is for us to cover high local transportation fee, custom declaration charge and other costs.
 
2. Could I mix our order with several different models?
Mixed container is acceptable, subject to our final confirmation,
Let me know item code and quantity per item first,
I will confirm back to you if it's acceptable.
 
3. What is your Payment term?
We only accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C at sight.
No Credit Card is acceptable.
For small amount of sample charge, we also accept West Line.
 
4. Could you please send us a catalogue and samples?
We are glad to send catalogue or samples to you.
Please advise your account number in certain express courier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.

6. What are the documents you provide to clear custom?
Normally, full original shipping documents based on FOB or CFR includes Bill of lading, GSP Form A (CO), Invoice and Packing list,
and extra insurance policy will be provided based on CIF.
Packing declaration and other special documents are also available on demand.
 
7. How do I handle customs?
Customs can be handled for you by the local clearing agent for some nominal fees which you have to fix up or else you can do the customs clearing yourself with ease by filling in the suitable forms and paying the necessary inspection charges.
